Tennessee (USA): Rule on Businesses Against Trafficking, Final Rule, July 2024. Entered into force on October 6.

• Human Rights – Affected Communities

Mexico: Amendment to the Mexican Constitution on Prior Consultation and Informed Consent of Indigenous People and Afro Mexican Communities, Decree, September 2024.
