Italy: Implementation of Directive (EU) 2022/2464 on Corporate Sustainability Reporting Obligations, Decree No. 125, 2024.
Denmark: Establishing Provisions for Independent Assurance Providers Regarding Sustainability Reporting, Draft Law, September 2024.
Turkey: Mandatory Assurance Audits of Sustainability Reports, Decision, September 2024.
The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) launched Consultation on two IFRS-aligned Draft Sustainability Reporting Standards (ED HKFRS S1 and ED HKFRS S2).

California (USA): Climate Corporate Data Accountability, Senate Bill 253 Enacted, 2023 and Other – Proposed Amendment – (on delayed deadline for implementing regulations, consolidation of disclosures at parent company level, etc.) Senate Bill 219, 2024. Approval Probability in C2P: 89%.
