C2P Product Spotlight: December 20

Welcome to our C2P Product Spotlight!

In our latest C2P update we are excited to bring you some key feature enhancements, including Shared Saved Searches, Other Names, Profile Page and News & Analysis improvements.

Shared Saved Searches

The new Shared Saved Searches feature allows users to share reports created in the C2P Library with the rest of the company. To share a Saved Search first, choose your search criteria, check the share box, and all C2P users in your company will then be able to see and run the same Saved Search.

Other Names

Other Names are now visible within a regulation, supporting document or standard. These can be the official title or aliases for the document. Other Names are also searchable to help users easily find key regulations and standards.

User Profile Page

We are quickly progressing improvements to give our users more freedom to change their C2P preferences. As part of this initiative we have added a User Profile Page on the top right of C2P.

First we have added the ability to choose your landing page, and we have much more to come in User Preferences in the coming releases!

Topic Areas in your Inbox

Topic areas are now available in your inbox, allowing users to filter their incoming alerts by topic.

Print and Share News & Analysis

C2P users can now print our News & Analysis articles or share them with colleagues and contacts. Simply click a news piece and use the new buttons on the right to print or share.

Task Alerts

We have also made some key improvements in Task Alerts:

• Users are now alerted 7 days prior to a task due date
• Ability to download version comparisons in regulations where the text has been updated
