Job Title: Global Marketing Director (Full Time)

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Atlanta, GA, USA (Remote)

Purpose:

As the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and brand awareness for our SaaS Enterprise B2B (AI driven) business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development and Execution
  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning within a Product Led Growth environment.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets and opportunities. Use a JCAB process as part of your iterative discovery process which feeds into Product Developmemt on a continuous basis.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions, including messaging, positioning, and channel strategies.
  • Demand Generation
  • Lead demand generation initiatives across all marketing channels, including content marketing, email marketing, social media, public relations, and events.
  • Develop and execute targeted content strategies to attract and engage the target audience.
  • Optimize lead generation campaigns and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Brand Management
  • Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, and lead a rebranding for the company and new product.
  • Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback.
  • Team Leadership and Management
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing global marketing team.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
  • Set performance expectations and goals for the team.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Analytics and Measurement
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a Product Led, SaaS or technology company. With Revenue between 10M-60M ARR approx
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful global product led marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies (Hubspot and Salesloft etc)
  • Experience in guiding a marketing operations team to measure results
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills but must like to roll up the sleeves
  • Have had experience of a Saas product launch and company rebranding
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
