Trish Butler, Chief Marketing Officer, Compliance & Risks
Trish is the Chief Marketing Officer of C&R and a senior market leader with over 20 years of international experience working in high growth tech businesses where she has built and led teams to scale.
A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, she has a BA in Business Studies & German and an MA in International Marketing from the Smurfit School of Business.
Outside Compliance & Risks, Trish enjoys traveling whenever she can and is a mentor at Trinity College’s LaunchBox Accelerator fund helping students develop their entrepreneurial skills and business ideas.
Joanne O’Donnell, Head Of Global Regulatory Compliance Team, Compliance & Risks
With almost 20 years post-qualification experience, Joanne heads up our Global Regulatory Compliance team. She has extensive national and international legal experience in private practice, in-house and industry and has been with Compliance and Risks for 12 years. She helps support our clients with their legal compliance challenges with a particular interest and focus on ESG, Sustainability, Climate Change and Human Trafficking and Slavery/Forced Labour.
Joanne has a Bachelor of Arts (Legal and French) and a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the National University of Ireland, Galway, Ireland and a Masters in International law (LLM) from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva, Switzerland. She also has a Masters Degree in French from the University of Limerick, Ireland and is a fluent French speaker. She recently completed a Masters course in Business and Human Rights at the University of Bergen, Norway. She qualified as a Solicitor with the Law Society of Ireland in 2003.
Matt Kuo, Chief Product Officer, Compliance & Risks
Matt has a long history working with SaaS and content companies in different product roles. Matt joins C&R with experience at former Luminate portfolio company AutoQuotes (AQ).
At AQ, Matt led the intersection of content and context on their platform utilizing Jobs To Be Done as a framework to drive growth.
Before AQ, Matt’s product experience includes Urjanet, Kabbage, CNN, Apple and IBM.
