Dila Şen, Global Regulatory and Requirements Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Dila Şen is a Turkish-qualified lawyer and sworn translator for 15 years with extensive experience in AI policy. She has been working as a Global Regulatory & Requirements Compliance Specialist at C&R for five years.
Prior to joining Compliance & Risks, Dila worked for global companies like Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., ADP, and several different law firms in Turkey as a legal counsel for several years.
Dila holds a triple LL.M. in European Master in Law & Economics from the Universities of Bologna, Ghent, and Haifa, and an LL.B. from Yeditepe University, where she was awarded a full merit-based scholarship by the Turkish government. She also holds a B.A. in Communication. She further developed her expertise in AI through an Advanced Certification from the Center for Artificial Intelligence & Digital Policy (CAIDP) in Washington, D.C., subsequently becoming a Team Leader. Currently, she is an AI Policy Group Member at CAIDP’s AI Policy Clinic and an active member of the Istanbul Bar Association’s AI Working Group.
Chelsea Cunningham, Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist & Head of Knowledge Partners, Compliance & Risks
Chelsea is a seasoned Senior Regulatory and Compliance Specialist with the Global Regulatory Compliance Team at Compliance and Risks. With a strong focus on the electronics sector, she brings extensive expertise in researching and analyzing global environmental and product safety regulations. In addition to her core responsibilities, Chelsea leads Compliance & Risks’ Knowledge Partner Network—a prestigious group comprising top-tier law firms, leading engineering and environmental consultancies, industry experts, and supply chain specialists. Through this network, she facilitates the delivery of expert insights on product compliance.
Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) and a Master of Science (MSc) in International Public Policy & Diplomacy from University College Cork. She further enhanced her expertise with an Advanced Certification in Artificial Intelligence from the Center for Artificial Intelligence & Digital Policy (CAIDP) in Washington, DC.
Prior to joining Compliance & Risks, Chelsea worked for Enterprise Ireland, the government agency responsible for the development of Irish enterprises in world markets.
Eimer Walsh, Field Marketing Manager, Compliance & Risks
Eimer is Field Marketing Manager at Compliance & Risks, working with the company since 2022 and based in Cork. In her role, Eimer drives strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, foster industry engagement, and support business growth. She works closely with teams across the organization to deliver impactful events and campaigns that connect industry professionals with valuable insights on regulatory compliance.
