Corine Laurijsen, Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Corine is a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Compliance and Risks and leads a team of six regulatory analysts/specialists based in both the EU and US. She has qualifications in Biology, and in Environmental and Safety Management.
Prior to joining Compliance & Risks, Corine worked as an environmental and safety consultant in The Netherlands and California. She has worked with Compliance & Risks for over 15 years and supports its clients with their global legal compliance challenges with a particular interest and focus on the Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Labor and Employment.
Patricia Weathers, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Patricia joined Compliance & Risks as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist in 2024. She is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, and has spent over ten years working in Quality Compliance/Assurance in the medical device and automotive manufacturing sectors.
Additionally, her background includes research and information services at the academic level and in training development.
Luisa Toro Correa, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Luisa joined the Global Regulatory Compliance team in 2024 as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist where she conducts regulatory monitoring on certain U.S. states, as well as internationally.
Prior to joining Compliance & Risks, Luisa worked in overseeing the lifecycles of projects and their outcomes, conducting one-on-one client consultations in R&D and product assessment, evaluating consumer product labeling for the North American market, supervising all regulatory compliance for the USA and Canadian consumer market, developing regulatory strategies and trained formulators and regulatory specialists in product labeling and safety.
Kahyeon Seo, Regulatory Compliance Analyst, Compliance & Risks
Kahyeon is a Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Compliance and Risks, having joined the company in 2024. She has academic backgrounds in Neuroscience and Criminology. Prior to joining Compliance & Risks, Kahyeon worked in the raw material regulatory field, focusing on chemical compliance with regulations such as RoHS, REACH, TSCA, and toxicology standards, including MSDS.
She currently monitors regulatory updates in South Korea, Greece, and U.S. states, and serves as a secondary subject matter expert for medical devices.
Victoria Smart, Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Compliance & Risks
Victoria has been with Compliance & Risks for over 10 years. As a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist, she focuses on chemicals in products and energy efficiency in electrical/electronics, and supports clients compliance interests.
Prior to joining Compliance & Risks, Victoria had the role of Operations manager for applications development; and as a senior legal analyst for specialized law firms, participated in major cases on environmental, employment, and intellectual property law.
Orlaith Morris, Content Marketing Manager, Compliance & Risks
Orlaith is Content Marketing Manager at Compliance & Risks, working with the company since 2022 and based in Dublin. In her role, Orlaith leverages her expertise to elevate the company’s brand presence and thought leadership, delivering impactful content that resonates with the industry. With a keen focus on the ever-evolving product compliance & ESG landscapes, her work supports Compliance & Risks’ mission to help organizations stay compliant and achieve their business goals.
Prior to joining Compliance & Risks, Orlaith has years of content marketing experience working in various global industries and organizations.
