Matt has a long history working with SaaS and content companies in different product roles. Matt joins C&R with experience at former Luminate portfolio company AutoQuotes (AQ).
At AQ, Matt led the intersection of content and context on their platform utilizing Jobs To Be Done as a framework to drive growth.
Before AQ, Matt’s product experience includes Urjanet, Kabbage, CNN, Apple and IBM.
Eric Farr, Chief Technology Officer, Compliance & Risks
Eric is a technologist and teambuilder, scaling software systems through modern cloud technologies and scaling teams with agile DevOps practices.
Prior to joining Compliance & Risks, Eric was CTO of Autoquotes (acquired by Revalize), a SaaS platform that turned aggregated content into value.
He also led Engineering for predictive analytics provider EagleEye (acquired by Guidewire), field service SaaS platform WorkWave, and mobility solution provider Agentek.
Siobhan Fairman, Head of Engineering, Compliance & Risks
Siobhán is currently the Head Of Engineering at Compliance & Risks, a position she has held since June 2021. Prior to that, she served as the Engineering Manager at Compliance & Risks from May 2016 to June 2021.
Before joining Compliance & Risks, Siobhán worked as a Senior Consultant at eSpatial from January 2011 to October 2014. Siobhán also gained experience as a Senior Software Engineer Contractor at Fujitsu from August 2010 to January 2011 and as a Senior Software Consultant at Fidelity Investments (TerraNua) from September 2007 to November 2008.
Dan Kinsella, Senior Product Manager, Compliance & Risks
Dan has over 10 years of experience in product management across e-commerce, travel, and textiles industries.
Dan joins C&R from Etsy, where he built the artificial intelligence function for content classification for trust and safety, among other initiatives. Before Etsy, Dan’s product experience includes Shopify, Deem (an Enterprise company), and Datalex, specialising in state-of-the-art solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Vish Karasani, Product Marketing Manager, Compliance & Risks
Vish is a Product Marketing Manager at Compliance & Risks, with over 8 years of international experience working in highly competitive industries and at hyper-growth startups.
An avid storyteller, her product marketing philosophy begins with listening to Compliance & Risks’ customers, understanding their pain points, solving for their problems and building for their future.
