Aisling Lane, Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for managing all aspects of operations and business lines in the US and Europe, Aisling supports the provision of products and services for both existing and new clients. Based in the Cork headquarters, she oversees the delivery of Customer Value through the provision of content, professional services, technical implementations and support for all Customers.

Prior to Compliance & Risks, Aisling held senior roles with SITEL, Telstra and CareChoice and has extensive expertise in scaling operations to meet the demands of growing business.
With over 25 years experience in operations, finance, staff development and process improvement, she has worked in sectors such as Business Process Outsourcing, Technology, Telecommunications and Health Care in Australia and Ireland.

Shane O’Callaghan, Product Manager, Compliance & Risks

Shane is a Product Manager at Compliance & Risks, based in Cork, Ireland, he has been working with Compliance & Risks since 2020.

With over 10 years of experience across multiple sectors including finance, banking, media, retail and government, Shane has in-depth knowledge of best practices in product development and how companies can leverage technology to disrupt and innovate their process and practices in order to gain a competitive advantage.
